**As of 02 April 2019 - our practice will be following the new guidance set out by NHS England regarding prescribing of medicines that you buy over the counter (from pharmacies or supermarkets etc.).  For further information, please click on our page in the Further Information Box on the right hand side of the screen. 

Pride in Practice (LGBT)

Pride in Practice tick PRIDE IN PRACTICE 

In March/April 2017, the practice were trained by representatives from the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender (LGBT) Foundation and an assessment was also carried out.  As a result of this, the practice is delighted to announce that we have been awarded with a silver award for PRIDE IN PRACTICE.

Pride in Practice is a quality assurance support service that strengthens and develops your relationship with your lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) patients within your local community.Endorsed by The Royal College of GP’s, Pride in Practice is a support package that enables practices to effectively and confidently meet the needs of LGBT patients.  

The Pride in Practice award demonstrates the practice’s commitment and dedication to ensuring a fully inclusive patient-centred service.
